  Here's comes another 'Common Man and his Common Problem' cinema from the ace director Priyadarshan. Khatta Meetha is a clean fmaily entertainer, which you would like your family to watch.

  The successful combination of Akshay Kumar & Priyadarshan assures the viewers of one thing i.e. tons & tons of laughter. At least that is what we have seen right
  from Hera Pheri till De Dana Dan. Every time they come up with a new film, people expect a laugh riot & they get one at the end of the day.

  I honestly can’t believe Priyadarshan has directed this film! Really … what was he thinking? Khatta Meetha neither has story nor script and I am not just saying it because the story was bad, I am literally saying that there is really absolutely no story in this movie.   Priyadarshan is known for comedy films, but then he has made more of films based on simple people, middle class people, villagers etc. In comparison with comedy films, these films are more in number.   The movie starring Akshay kumar is always with high expectations. And it is more expected when there is priyadarshan with akshay kumar.

  If you have sauntered into the cinema hall to catch a trademark Priyadarshan laugh riot, you may be somewhat disappointed. This film may not work for those seeking a pure meaningful film on the common man’s struggle either. But if you want a poignant story, packaged in slick formula entertainment, the savory-sweet Khatta Meetha could be your cup of tea.

  The film belongs entirely to akshay kumar.
  The film really deals with real issue of potholes that the contractors do poor and shaddy work tehrefore hamare road ke yeh haal hai.
